Waste management is simplified and fun: selective sorting encouraged with a bag offered to each holidaymaker, clean and accessible sorting platform, “bio bucket” in each accommodation, sorting of corks, sorting of shellfish and even our mini-farm animals participate in the recycling of food scraps.<\/p>
