A few hundred meters further on, a number of local species can be observed in their natural environment (ducks, geese, herons, birds of prey&#8230;). A 9-metre-high observatory offers a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape, allowing visitors to observe the wild birds that frequent the area.  <\/p><p    >The Marais aux Oiseaux also houses a rescue center, not open to the public, which takes in injured or sick animals &#8211; around 400 a year.
